Ollie’s offers a 401(K) program that will help you save money and provide you with more income for your retirement. It’s simple to contribute to the plan through payroll deductions. The money you put into the program is pre-tax and you don’t have to pay taxes on the money until you begin to withdraw it in retirement. The amount you put into the program is your money, and you will be able to take it with you if you leave Ollie’s.

Ollie’s also helps you save by contributing a 25% match on the first 6% of your income that you contribute to the 401(K) plan.

You can participate in the 401(K) plan after 90 days of continuous employment with Ollie’s. Entry dates are the 1st of the calendar quarter following your 90 days of continuous employment.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program is provided by Mutual of Omaha and offers counseling, legal and financial consultation, work-life assistance and crisis intervention services to all our full-time employees.

Why provide EAP?

Because we care about our employees and their dependents. The EAP can be used free of charge as needed when you or your dependents are facing emotional, financial, legal or other concerns.

Are the services confidential?

Yes, the EAP is strictly confidential. No information about your participation in the program is provided to your employer.
