Make Your Move Challenge
Enroll in a featured Sterling Wellness health challenge and compete with co-workers or simply keep yourself on track! Locate challenges on the menu bar of your portal to participate! Will begin April 12th and end May 24th!

Check out the activities below:
Virtual Breast Cancer Walk – Through October 19, walk on your own time to support breast cancer awareness month. RSVP to WCMGBreastSurgery@wchn.org & email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details and instructions to earn 25 Vitive Health points.
Log daily physical activity – Every 30 minutes of daily physical activity will earn you 1 point. Log up to an hour/day for a maximum of 2 points/day. Click on Challenges from the menu bar on your wellness portal page, scroll down to activities and self-log your daily physical activity. You can also connect a smart watch or device so your activity is automatically recorded. Every 10,000 steps earns 1 point. Earn up to 75 points in this category.
Get Fit Challenge – Through November 8, create an account on WeGetFit.org to log 30 minutes of physical activity per day. The more entries you log, the more activity points you earn and more chances to win prizes! You can earn up to 75 Vitive Health points. Email email@example.com for more information. Although this challenge date is past the Vitive Health program end date of October 22, exceptions will be given for logging GetFit points.
eCourses – On your wellness portal page navigate to the Coaching section on the menu bar. Here you can scroll through the Health eCourses. Complete two eCourses for a max of 50 Vitive Health points.
Challenges – On your wellness portal page, click on Challenges on the menu bar. You can complete up to 2 challenges for a maximum of 50 Vitive Health points. You’ll find several featured as well as personal challenges listed. If the challenge you select ends past the October 22 program end date, points will be awarded for your next year’s program points.
Stress Management – Across the network, there are numerous virtual meditation and resilience classes. You can earn a maximum of 50 Vitive Health points for this offering. Be sure to self-log your participation in these activities in your wellness portal. Select Stress Management and record the date of the 3rd session you completed for points. Virtual classes, schedules and offerings can be found at VitiveHealth.org or on the pulse or dimensions.
Preventative Wellness Exams – Submit an annual physical, dentist, eye, mammogram or other screening for 25 Vitive Health points.
Coaching – Take advantage of the Sterling Wellness coaching service, you can earn up to 50 Vitive Health points for participating in two sessions with a coach. Appointments can be made on the portal under Coaching – found on the menu bar. The Sterling Wellness Coach can connect with you via phone or by video conference. Sessions are 15 minutes in length.
Walks & Hikes – Log up to two walks/hikes to earn 50 Vitive Health points. Please self-log the walks/hikes you participated in under the Vitive Health Events & Local Activities section on the portal.
Fidelity – Participate in a Fidelity workshop or have a one-on-one consultation with one of our Fidelity Representatives to earn up to 50 Vitive Health points. You can access the NEW portal at www.MyVitiveHealth.org. Click New User to register and create your account and password. Your username is NH followed by firstname.lastname and 4-digit birth month and day (ie: NHjohn.smith0402). You can update your profile settings and select an avatar to customize your experience!
