To retain and continue to engage our talented workforce, we support a “Pay for Performance” philosophy (where employees are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement or a salary step plan). The Comp Team, in collaboration with Talent Management and your manager, links individual performance ratings to pay during merit review cycles. The objective is to award higher merit increases for those who display higher performance levels.

Your pay is managed by a team of experts whose sole goal is to ensure that you are paid accurately and on-time, every time. Whether your pay is processed by the health system on a semi-monthly, bi-weekly or weekly basis, you can rely on the payroll and myTIME teams to get it right. The Payroll team is also responsible for your licenses, certifications, and education updates, your direct deposit accounts, tax withholding information, W-2s, and your accrual time, all available to you on Employee Self Service.
